Is my credit/debit card details secure?
Yes, we use a secure payment gateway called Stripe UK. They process your payment and are fully secure and PCI DSS compliant.

How are the fares calculated?
You will see an accurate fare estimate before you confirm your trip. As with a taxi, Vanuse has a standing charge, plus a small charge per mile and per minute.

Can I ride in the van with the driver?
At Vanuse drivers always want to help our customers as much as possible and are happy to offer a seat in the van to the destination, The number of seats available depend on the size of the van you require and if you have requested a helper. Please confirm this with the driver when they call you to confirm the estimated time of arrival. This is a free courtesy service and is at the drivers discretion. Vanuse Customer Service is always available to help you with any questions. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are restricting the number of passengers who can ride with the driver to ONE. Also, please ensure you are wearing a face mask.

How do customers pay?
Vanuse is a cashless experience, once the trip is complete the money is automatically debited from the customers credit/debit card or by bank transfer (please contact us for our bank details).

How much will it cost?
Pricing is competitive and as in a taxi, determined by time and distance. You will see an accurate fare estimate before you confirm your trip.

What can I transport?
You can transport anything... Except live animals, so no tigers! You can request both small and large vans depending on what you want to transport.

How long will I have to wait?
This depends on peak times but we aim for a wait time of less than 60 minutes.

Can I pre-book?
Yes, you can pre-book a trip up to 30 days in advance. Just choose the LATER option.

Do I load the van myself?
Yes, but before you submit a trip request you have the ability to ask for driver assistance for a small fee.

Am I protected against accidental damage?
Yes, we ensure all Vanuse drivers carry 'goods in transit' insurance.

Are the drivers and vehicle checked?
Yes, all Vanuse drivers have to pass a regular criminal background check and the vehicles are all inspected for safety.
